1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING 

My 45 mins 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions are tailored to your individual goals, because no single workout works for everyone.
Whether your focus is fat loss, strength, toning, fitness, feeling better in your body during menopause, or improving a health condition. I will support and guide you every step of the way. 

As a qualified Exercise Referral Instructor, I can also help support and improve a range of health conditions safely through exercise. (See bottom of page for health conditions covered)

HOME WORKOUTS

Personalised home workout plans designed to help you reach your goals wherever you are. 
Following a 30 minute phone or zoom consultation, you'll receive a tailored programme suited to your fitness level, lifestyle and objectives.

CIRCUIT HIIT SMALL CLASSES
 45 minute circuit-based HIIT class in a private garden setting in Burpham, suitable for all fitness levels. Sessions combine bodyweight and equipment based exercises in a supportive small group environment, with a maximum of 6 people per class.
Mainly outdoors, these classes are designed to help you improve fitness, strength and tone while enjoying a friendly, motivating atmosphere.
