1. 24 hour cancellation policy If a session/appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours of the session, the session will be lost and charged in full. An example of this: If your session is at 10am the following day and the session/appointment is cancelled at 10am or after the day before, the cancellation policy applies.
2. Bulk sessions The policy on bulk sessions is as follows;
6 sessions must be used within 6 weeks of booking 10 sessions must be used within 10 weeks of booking
You must book a minimum of one session a week.
One, two or three bookings can be booked per week.
If a session/appointment is cancelled or rescheduled (Make sure you have given yourself more than 24 hours notice to do this or the session/ appointment will be lost under the 24 hour booking policy.) The session/appointment has to be rebooked within the timeframe of the bulk booking policy. For example: By the end of the 6 or 10 week booking timeframe. The booking system will not allow you to book after your timeframe expires for that particular bulk booking.
All bulk bookings must be used consecutively on a weekly basis, with options being once, twice, three times a week. 3. If there are circumstances where you cannot attend your sessions/appointments for a long period of time due to extreme circumstances and you need to put them on hold please contact your trainer/coach and a plan will be discussed. Examples would be: Hospitalization, injury, flare up of a health condition. Other circumstances can be discussed.
4. All bookings are non-refundable
5. Renewals
Once bulk booking sessions have all been used you can book another bulk of your choosing. (6 or 10 sessions) Your bulk booking timeframe will then start again from the new booking date.
When you are due for renewal you can choose to if you want to renew and if you do, rebook another bulk,or go to PAYG.
6. Holidays
The client must consider any holidays they have coming up when they book bulk bookings. In these circumstances the client will not lose sessions while on holiday but will have to discuss with their trainer/coach to organise the rest of the sessions if they exceed the timeframe. Apart from clause (3) this is the only other occasion where sessions can be rearranged out of the normal timeframe.
If the Personal Trainer/ Coach has a holiday booked, they will discuss with the client and rearrange their sessions/appointments accordingly
7. If your Personal Trainer/Coach cancels a session for any reason the client will not lose their session. The session will be added on.
